Mosas Cottages - Fludir

We loved our stay at Mosas Cottages! the house was spacious and had blackout drapes, perfect for getting a good night's sleep during the bright nights in June. the outdoor hot tub was a great way to relax, and the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed except a microwave oven. the check-in and check-out process was easy with a key code, and the cottage was clean and welcoming. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon.

Everything felt fine, no complaints at all.

The place had everything we needed, like a balcony to chill on, a cozy seating area, and even a DVD player for movie nights. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the Golden Circle and the South Coast. It was lit!

The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife nearby. We were so pumped and ready to party, but there weren't many options for young people to have some wild fun.

The hot tub was absolutely mind-blowing, especially when it was refilling. The CD player was a super surprise, allowing me to play my own music. The cottage was totally clean and neat, with all necessary amenities. It was incredibly spacious and located in a jaw-droppingly beautiful area. Just a short drive to Gullfoss waterfall and Geysir. The host was super easy to communicate with and even brought us coffee when we ran out. The terrace was fantastic, providing plenty of space for outdoor dining and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped with an electric kettle and cookware. The cottage also had a flat-screen TV with DVDs for the kids. The view from the cottage was simply breathtaking, making it a perfect place to wake up to. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze with the key code at the front door. we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

The hot tub was absolutely amazing, with an easy-to-lift lid thanks to hydraulics. There were so many instructional signs around to help us with our stay. The kitchen was incredibly spacious and had a full-sized fridge. The whole apartment was roomy and comfortable. We appreciated the instruction manual provided. The giant drying rack was a great addition, although we learned the hard way not to put it outside in the wind. The location was fantastic, allowing us to explore nearby sights and activities. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable, with high-quality amenities. The internet worked well, and the hot tub on the terrace was a highlight. Perfect for families, with lots of space and comfortable beds.

One drawback was the unusual front door handle, which took some getting used to. We also wished there was a range hood vent or light over the stove.

The cottage was quite far from the town and there were no nearby food options after 8 pm. It would have been better to know this beforehand and make sure to buy provisions before reaching the cottage or eat early in town.

The terrace and hot tub were perfect for relaxation. The host were very good, personally bringing us coffee when we ran out. The cottage had everything we needed, including festive Christmas decorations.

The cottage was super spacious and had a sick hot tub. We were only a short drive away from Gullfoss waterfall and Geysir, which were totally awesome! The host was chill and easy to talk to. Stoked to have had such a rad time with my squad!

The only thing that would've made our stay even more lit would've been having a kick-ass sound system in the cottage. We love to party and it would've made our late-night jam sessions way more epic.

The availability of a washer would have been an added advantage on a longer trip.

Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty from the spacious and bright rooms. the kitchen is well-equipped, and there is a private hot tub on the porch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Complimentary food supplies, including oil, are a delightful addition. the friendly host is readily available to answer any questions, and the WiFi connection is reliable. Conveniently, popular attractions such as the Secret Lagoon and other natural hot springs are just a short drive away.

The porch lights from neighboring cottages can be quite bright, hindering the chance to fully appreciate the beauty of the night sky.

We got incredible value for our money at this cozy cottage. The room was super comfortable and well-appointed, with a spacious kitchen, nice bathroom, and comfortable bedrooms. The location was also great, just a short drive from downtown and perfect for exploring the Golden Circle and South Coast. The staff, especially Fjola, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

For breakfast delights, it would have been nice to have a range hood vent or light over the stove.

It was the perfect base for exploring the Golden Circle and South Coast. Highly recommended!

our second stay in Fludir exceeded all expectations. Mosas Cottages provided the perfect romantic getaway. The spacious house, blackout drapes, and outdoor hot tub made for an unforgettable stay.

Handle on front door was difficult to use.
